I just completed my first marathon and realized after the fact that I should have been blogging my training over the past 18 weeks.  I learned a lot about running, nutrition, motivation, recovery, and all the other aspects of ramping up to pull off a 26.2.  I learned a lot by pulling bits of info from all over the internet. I should have paid it forward by consolidating it all here.
